The challenge

Aktivo needed to cut through the noise of colorful social media feeds and establish a sophisticated, instantly recognizable presence that would appeal to young audiences. The goal was to create a bold, unified visual identity that would stand out while maintaining consistency.

Design strategy

I developed a distinctive monochromatic approach centered on black as the primary color, creating a premium feel that set Aktivo apart from typical health brand aesthetics.

Key elements included:

  • Dominant use of black to create a bold, premium feel

  • Consistent color grading across all imagery to unify the feed

  • Strategic use of the Aktivo logo as a dynamic design element rather than just a signature

  • Minimal design approach that let the black palette make a statement

Execution

The visual system included:

  • Custom color grading presets to ensure all images shared the same tonal quality

  • Creative logo placement that transformed it from a brand mark into a visual motif

  • Carefully balanced black-dominant layouts that remained engaging without becoming heavy

  • Templates that maintained visual consistency while allowing for content variety

  • Grid planning to ensure the overall feed told a cohesive visual story
